In a confirmed case of non-delivery or a successful dispute, the refund process is initiated. No long waits, no complicated procedures. Your money is returned directly to you.

Scenario: Item Never Arrives
"You buy a laptop. The seller claims to have shipped it but provides no tracking. After the delivery window passes, you confirm non-delivery."
Funds are authorized for refund to your account in full. The seller is flagged for investigation.
